There are many ways to make this popular spirit-driven classic. Our version is what we call the Old Old Fashioned: no over-dilution, no salad, just great whiskey, bitters and sugar. An excellent night cap to be enjoyed with little interruption.

Coffee House Bottled Cocktail

The Coffee House combines coffee liqueur and 100% blue agave Tequila for a spicy riff on a caffeinated classic. This rich, robust cocktail is an Everleigh original and has quickly become a Melbourne cult favourite.
