Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact The Everleigh Bottling Co immediately on info@theeverleigh.com. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of The Everleigh Bottling Co.

Refund Policy
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Everleigh Bottling Co if a product has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the product is delivered and received.

Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees detailed in our Delivery section. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.

In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged through the delivery process, we will routinely replace the gift with a no fuss attitude. Please email info@theeverleigh.com to organise for the replacement product or damaged items to be re-sent.

In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with The Everleigh Bottling Co. are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on products not in saleable condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theeverleigh.com and send your item to:
