Why should I subscribe?
Take the hassle out of ordering. Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by our delivery after each successful renewal. Once subscribed, you will receive a 10% discount on your repeated order.
How do I cancel?
You can easily cancel or pause your subscription through signing in or creating an account on the website. Simply click 'Manage Subscriptions' and cancel or pause your subscription.

How long do I have to subscribe for?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your website account, or email us to cancel. firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
Can I return an order?
On rare occasions, parcels can suffer damage in transit. Please contact us via email@example.com with photos of any damage, and return it us. Once the return is underway, we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
