How long can I keep the product after opening?
All of our cocktails are shelf stable for two years.
Classic Cocktails - After opening as long as they are kept sealed in the fridge they will last for months without spoiling. After opening if they are kept either unrefrigerated and or open then you may experience evaporation which could lead to spoilage.
It's also important to note that the cocktails which contain vermouth (Martini, Negroni, Manhattan & Coffee House) will naturally develop and change in flavour if kept for an extended period of time, even when refrigerated. This is due to the oxidation of the vermouth. The product will still be stable and fine to consume but the flavour profile will change.
Sparkling Cocktails - Because they are carbonated drinks we recommend that they are consumed on the day of opening.
How are The Everleigh Bottling Co. cocktails different from what I buy in bars?
The Everleigh Bottling Co. cocktails are a faithful replication of the exact recipes, using the same products that are used in the flagship bar and namesake The Everleigh.
Even the water that is used to dilute to bottling strength is the same filtered water that goes into making Navy Strength Ice, which is exactly what they use to stir down a cocktail at the Everleigh.
The key difference with an Everleigh Cocktail is consistency. No matter where you are you can be sure that our cocktails leave nothing to chance and will always be perfectly balanced, with flawless dilution, ready to drink poured straight from the bottle.
What's the difference between The Everleigh Bottling Co. products and other similar products in the market?
Everleigh Bottling Co. cocktails are produced with a focus on absolute quality.
Not only are Everleigh Bottling Co. cocktails presented in packaging with a truly luxury feel. We take a bar to bottle approach in formulating our recipes, striving to put flavour first, we create the best possible version of a cocktail that we can by using the exact same ingredients and recipes that we do in our bar.
How many cocktails do I get out of a bottle?
Classic Cocktails 500ml bottle - We suggest that a perfect serve is 90ml (the same size as our smaller bottles) giving five and a half serves per bottle.
For the Sparkling Cocktails, each 170ml bottle is a single serve.
How do you ensure consistency in your products?
Our Classic Cocktails are produced to the most exacting standards in batches of no more than 100L. Our experienced team assesses every batch for quality and consistency before bottling and labelling by hand.
Sparkling Cocktails are produced to the most exacting standards using premium ingredients in small batches by our local bottling partner.
We employ bartenders. Why should we use your products?
Everleigh Bottling Co. cocktails are 100% consistent and allow any bartender no matter how experienced to serve award winning premium quality cocktails with confidence, speed and precision in any environment.
Do I still need to stir over ice when I serve?
Our products are designed to be 100% ready to drink and are diluted to the perfect drinking strength prior to bottling.
For cocktails that are served over ice, i.e. the Old Fashioned or Coffee House we suggest keeping them chilled in the fridge, whereas cocktails that are going to be served straight up like the Martini we suggest placing in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
The Sparkling Cocktails can be enjoyed straight from the bottle or garnished served in a glass over ice.
You can find perfect serve information for all of our cocktails including recommendations for glassware and garnishes on the back label of all of our bottles or refer to product information sheets provided.
Are your products Gluten Free?
Yes. All of our cocktails are gluten free.
How many standard drinks are there in a single serve?
The standard drinks per serve are different for each of our cocktails and ranges from 1.4 - 1.7 per 90ml for the Classic Cocktails. 0.9 - 1.1 per 170ml for the Sparkling Cocktails.
Accurate information showing the standard drinks for each of our cocktails can be found on the back label of our bottles.
Why are they so expensive?
Proudly made in Victoria, Everleigh Bottling Co. produces cocktails by hand, in small batches, using only the best ingredients in premium packaging and to exactly the same standards that we would in our award winning cocktail bar.
