Popularised by James Bond in the 1962 film Dr. No, where Ian Fleming’s fictional spy orders a “medium dry vodka martini...shaken not stirred”. The vodka martini starts its life in the 1943 Cocktail Digest by Oscar Haimo where it’s named a Kangaroo Kicker and is said to have been named in honour of the Australians who fought alongside the allies during world war two.

Tasting notes
A crisp yet soft nose with subtle hints of apple skin and fresh orange zest. The palate is delicate and creamy with hints of hand-cut oats, notes of almond, menthol and citrus bark.
