A classic Negroni lifted with notes of floral fennel and anise. The Ritz Negroni or Quill first appears in Harry's ABC of Mixing Drinks and is attributed to Frank Payne of 'theatrical press representatives of America'. Payne was a contributor to their in house magazine named 'the Quill'.
Tasting notes
A traditional Negroni lifted with a kiss of Absinthe. Earthy bitter orange with bright, oily juniper followed by floral fennel and anise.
Serving suggestion
Simply chill, then pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Archie Rose Straight Dry Gin, Hotel Starlino Sweet Vermouth, Campari, Pernod Absinthe and filtered water. Refrigerate after opening.
