Martini
Described by author H.L. Mencken as ‘the only American invention as perfect as the sonnet’, the iconic gin Martini is arguably the finest of all classic cocktails. Our preferred style is ‘wet’, comprising of two parts gin, one part dry vermouth.
Crisp, clean and clear. Perfectly balanced with a full mouthfeel. The Everleigh Bottling Co. Martini has a classic flavour profile. Juniper forward with bracing London dry gin, subtle notes of almond, menthol and citrus bark and lingering orange spice. We champion the use of more vermouth in a martini and prefer a medium bodied style that's 'wetter' than many you'll see today giving a nod to the historic profile of the cocktail's first golden age.

Vodka Martini
Popularised by James Bond in the 1962 film Dr. No where Ian Fleming's fictional spy orders a “medium dry vodka martini…shaken not stirred”. The vodka martini starts it's life in the 1948 book the Fine Art of Mixing Drinks by David Embury where it's named a Kangaroo.
A crisp yet soft nose with subtle hints of apple skin and fresh orange zest. The palate delicate and creamy with hints of hand-cut oats, notes of almond, menthol and citrus bark.

Flame of Love
Garnished with a flamboyant flamed orange twist, the Flame of Love was created by bartender Pepe Ruiz at the legendary Chasen's restaurant in Hollywood for Dean Martini.
Approachable and more floral than our vodka martini. Manzanilla's softness and salinity give notes of salted almonds and a coastal breeze paired with lifted orange zest and spice displayed on a back bone of crisp delicate vodka.

Dirty Martini
A complex nose of green olive and fennel backed by sappy pine, fresh thyme and waxy citrus zest. This gives a full bodied generous mouthfeel with balanced olive salinity and a strong juniper backbone that is complemented by charred lemon and almond.
