A tequila twist on your favourite cocktail, the Negroni.
First published in the Old Mr. Boston Official Bartender's Guide, the Rosita adds the earthy, citrus and black pepper notes of 100% agave Tequila to a perfectly balanced Negroni base using both rosso and dry vermouths with a touch of warm spice from aromatic bitters.
Tasting notes
Bold and herbaceous. A full bodied 100% agave Tequila base, blended with sweet and dry vermouths and finished with a dash of Angostura's soft baking spice.
Serving suggestion
For best results, place in the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve in a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Ingredients
Corazon Blanco Tequila, Carpano Dry Vermouth, Hotel Starlino Sweet Vermouth, Campari, Angostura Bitters and filtered water. Refrigerate after opening.
