Melbourne-born Sam Ross was the former head bartender at Sasha Petraske’s Milk & Honey in New York City, and is co-owner of one of the most awarded bars in the world, New York’s Attaboy. Ross’ influence and reach can not be understated, as the creator of multiple modern classic cocktails, including the Penicillin and Paper Plane, he’s established the gold standard for what modern cocktail bars, and contemporary cocktails, look like.

Tasting notes
The Left Hand is described by Ross as ‘the love child of a Negroni and a Manhattan, with chocolate bitters used to accent bitter notes and the oak in the Bourbon’. Named after Lefty Ruggerio, the Italian-American mobster made famous in Donnie Brasco, the Left Hand is a bold aperitif-style sipper, and the newest release in our Signature Series, limited to just 100 bottles.
Serving suggestion
Simply chill, then pour into an ice cold cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
