Poet's Dream
A variation on the classic Martini, perfectly marrying the heavier volume of vermouth with Bendictine. Honey, citrus and vibrant herbal notes and perfectly balanced.
Old Pal
Dry and Bright. Full bodied Sazerac Rye whiskey with notes of fresh black pepper, ginger and feint licorice pair against the vibrant bitter orange of Campari and brilliant green apple, lemon and savoury herb of Carpano Dry Vermouth.
Bobby Burns
A robust aroma of ripe black plums intertwined with nuances of star anise, dark chocolate, and subtle vanillin oak. The palate bursts with intense flavours of summer pudding, blackberries, and spiced plums.

What does my subscription get me?
The Bartenders Choice subscription typically delivers a 500ml cocktail to share, this cocktail is curated based on your chosen flavour profile.
The cocktail or cocktails you are delivered will be worth the same or greater than your subscription fee. Often cocktails you receive through The Bartenders Choice will not be available anywhere else. This is truly something special.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you pay monthly, you can cancel your subscription at any time! Simply log in to your account to manage your subscription or end us an email at orders@everleighbottling.com.au
If you have pre-paid for your subscription, you will not be charged until you re-purchase your subscription.
If I purchase multiple subscriptions, will I get different cocktails each month?
Yes, each month you will receive an exclusive cocktail based on your flavour profile. These cocktails are not available on the site.
When will I receive my subscription?
We aim to ship out our orders as soon as possible. Please be aware, there may be up to a 5 working day wait for production. All orders are sent via standard Australia post, so will typically arrive in 3-7 business days.
Can I purchase a subscription for someone else?
Absolutely! The Bartender's Choice is a fantastic gift for cocktail lovers. We suggest the 2 or 3 month subscription for a gift.
