The Everleigh Bottling Co. is pleased to present the Signature Series - A limited-edition collection of  iconic cocktails created by world class bartenders, featuring premium spirits, manufactured to the most exacting standards.

The third volume in our Signature Series is the Right Hand by world class bartender Michael McIlroy, featuring Bacardi Ocho Rum and limited to just 100 numbered bottles. Created at New York’s Milk & Honey in 2008, the Right Hand is a riff on the classic Manhattan cocktail, made with Bacardi Ocho, Martini Rosso Vermouth, Martini Bitter and chocolate bitters.

Michael McIlroy began his bartending career at the age of 16 in his hometown of Dublin, which later led him to New York cocktail institution Milk & Honey where he trained under the bar’s founder Sasha Petraske, credited with the contemporary renaissance of classic cocktails. Today, McIlroy is the co-owner of one of the most awarded bars in the world, New York’s Attaboy.

The Right Hand was created by McIlroy as a variation on the Left Hand cocktail, created by his friend, and business partner, Sam Ross. McIlroy describes the cocktail as ‘like the Boulevardier, but richer’. Using aged rum as its base spirit, it’s a simple and delicious take on a classic. And as for the name? Well, the Left Hand was taken.

The Signature Series Right Hand  is handmade and manufactured to the most exacting standards in Melbourne. The 500ml bottle includes five perfect serves, with only 100 Signature bottles available.
