The very first release in our Signature Series is the Death & Taxes, by Michael Madrusan, limited to just 200 numbered bottles, in collaboration with Starward. First created in 2011 at New York’s legendary Milk & Honey, and perfected in Melbourne at The Everleigh, the Signature Series Death & Taxes is a blend of Starward Two-Fold, Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Bénédictine and orange bitters. Widely considered a modern classic cocktail, just like it’s namesake - you truly can be certain of this one.

The Signature Series Death & Taxes is hand-mixed, numbered and bottled in Melbourne, into a 500ml (six serve) bottle, and is elegantly packaged in an Everleigh Bottling Co. collection gift box. Only 200 are available.
